Dietary Staff
Swisher Memorial Healthcare System is seeking Dietary Workers to join our team!

The Dietary Worker assists in the service of meals for patients and staff. The Dietary Worker may be responsible for any of the following tasks: unpacking and inspecting food stock; preparing, pouring, and portioning food; delivering meals to patients; maintaining sanitary work environment and food handling; cleaning workstation area and equipment; washing dishes, pots, silverware, etc.; carrying heavy trays, pots, etc. Integrates the hospital's mission of "Providing Superior Healthcare Services to the Communities We Serve" into daily practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
ServSafe Food Handler Certification
CPR

Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of safe food handling requirements.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
